Doing things we’ve never done before always carries a high risk of failure. Failure paves the way for innovation, because innovation is something we can only learn through a process of trial and error. Some things need to be learned in person (just like on Yepstr) so therefore we often step back and let our colleagues “fail and learn” simply because it’s the fastest way.
